Today after work starts a change in my life. I am going to start Weight Watchers. I need to maintain a healthy lifestyle and I need some help doing so. I’m also starting something on the 25th. Low sugar and No soda for a month. I want to see how I feel through that month. After that since I’m a soda lover, I’ll probably cut back to maybe 1-2 per week. I’m very excited for this to occur. I’ll start posting recipes and workouts. I’m quite excited for my new journey!
