My favorite ways to include Tofu in my meals:

  • sweet and sour tofu in the crockpot
  • tofu stir fry with broccoli and mushrooms
  • bbq tofu (oven)
  • lettuce wraps  <– tells you which type of tofu to use when cooking different meals.
